This listing is for our high quality, 80 Denier, polyester WOVEN PATCHES. These differ a bit from raised embroidery patches that are stitched onto a base fabric since the entire patch design is woven into a heavy fabric which makes for an extremely durable patch. Weaving also works well for some detailed artwork that cannot be embroidered. May be washed frequently and even bleached.
- Patches are produced using YOUR PROVIDED ARTWORK IN PDF, JPG or PNG FORMAT.
- Up to a max of 8 colors in your design.
- Patches can measure a maximum of 3.5" wide x 3.5" tall. (Larger sizes are custom quoted - please message us for a quote)
- Merrowed edge (stitched edging) may be applied to simple shapes. Intricate edge shapes are die cut/laser cut so the patches do not fray.
- Backing Options: Sew On - Iron On - Velcro© Brand Hook and Loop portion included.
- Metallic thread colors available (NOT CPSIA COMPLIANT).
- We use the Pantone Solid Coated color deck to match thread colors. We do not guarantee an exact match, but get as close as possible. If you are unsure of your colors, we will try to match as best we can for you. Please keep in mind that monitor settings can effect colors.

We will get a proof of the setup back to you in 24 hours during business days. Once you have approved the setup, we'll make a sample patch and scan it to you for approval before completing your order.
PROCESSING,SHIPPING & RETURNS: Processing time is about 2-3 weeks (sometimes longer depending on demand) and your order will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail or Global Priority International both with Delivery Confirmation. Due to the personalized nature of our items - ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer returns, refunds or reprints.
IMPORTANT!!!! If you decide to cancel your order after a proof has been provided we will refund your order minus 50% to cover the cost of all the setup work that has been done for your order. Thank you.
