Refund policy

Due to the personalized nature of our items, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. There are no returns, reprints or refunds given unless of course our error. Please double check your order, proofs we provide to you and be aware of this policy before ordering. Items that require Pantone Colors are matched as closely as possible, we cannot guarantee an exact match, but will get as close as we can. If you would like to see samples of our past work to inspect quality, please contact us and we are happy to send samples before you order.

IMPORTANT!!!! If you decide to cancel your order after a proof has been provided we will refund your order minus 50% to cover the cost of all the setup work that has been done for your order. Thank you.
