This listing is for our high quality PVC PATCHES, sometimes also referred to as RUBBER PATCHES.  Super durable and awesome for branding clothing, hats, bags, outdoor gear, club/team uniforms and more!  May be washed frequently and even bleached. 

- Patches are produced using YOUR PROVIDED ARTWORK IN VECTOR PDF FORMAT.
- Up to a max of 3 colors in your design - translucent and glow in the dark material available.
- Patches can measure a maximum of 3" wide x 3" tall. (Larger sizes are custom quoted - please message us for a quote)
- Backing Options:  Sew On (stitching channel can be added) or Velcro© Brand Hook and Loop portion included.
- We use the Pantone Solid Coated color deck to match colors.  We do not guarantee an exact match, but get as close as possible.  If you are unsure of your colors, we will try to match as best we can for you. Please keep in mind that monitor settings can effect colors.

READY TO ORDER?: Please upload your completed artwork to us in Vector PDF format with any fonts embedded, along with the label measurement and Pantone Solid Coated color numbers (if you know them, otherwise we will try to match closely)
We will get a proof of the setup back to you in 24 hours during business days. Once you have approved the setup, we'll make a sample patch and scan it to you for approval before completing your order.

PROCESSING TIME/SHIPPING:  Processing time is about 10 business days ONCE YOUR FINAL SAMPLE IS APPROVED - So plan on about 2-3 weeks total turnaround time - making changes during sampling can extend this time frame.  Your order will be shipped via USPS First Class(free), Priority Mail(upgrade) or Global Priority International with Delivery Confirmation.  Due to the personalized nature of our items - ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer returns, refunds or reprints unless of course our error. 
IF ORDER IS CANCELLED ONCE DIGITAL PROOF HAS BEEN PROVIDED WE WILL REFUND 50% OF THE ORDER TO COVER OUR SETUP COSTS.  Please understand this policy before ordering - thanks!!
