READY TO ORDER?: Please upload your completed artwork to us in PDF format with any fonts embedded, along with the label measurement and Pantone Solid Coated color numbers (if you know them, otherwise we will try to match closely)
We will get a proof of the setup back to you in 24 hours during business days. Once you have approved the setup, we'll make a sample label and scan it to you for your approval before completing your order.
PROCESSING,SHIPPING & RETURNS: Processing time is about 3-4 weeks (sometimes longer depending on demand) and your order will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail or Global Priority International both with Delivery Confirmation. Due to the personalized nature of our items - ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer returns, refunds or reprints.
IMPORTANT!!!! If you decide to cancel your order after a proof has been provided we will refund your order minus 50% to cover the cost of all the setup work that has been done for your order. Thank you.
