IMPORTANT STUDIO SCHEDULE UPDATE - Our office will be CLOSED for machine maintenance 5/16 - 5/26.  There will be no production or shipping this week.  We will remain open for orders during this time, however we will be in touch regarding order when we reopen on 5/27.  Grommet cover orders will ship on 5/28 if ordered between 5/16 and 5/26.  Thank you for your understanding.

Woven Patches - VELCRO®Brand backed - High quality VELCRO® Brand backed woven patches labels made from your completed artwork file. Also referred to as hook and loop patches. Very nice 80 denier weight. Hook side is on the back of the patch with separate loop side to sew onto your garment or item.

Woven patches differ a bit from embroidered patches that are embroidered onto a base fabric. The entire patch is woven which makes for a very durable patch and we are also able to weave more complex artwork than can normally be embroidered. There are slightly less raised thread areas with a woven patch as well.

- Up to 8 colors (including Black and White)
- Patches can measure up to 3.5" x 3.5" - larger sizes, please contact us
- Finished Merrowed Edge - secures the Velcro backing - only simple shapes - no die cutting available
- Polyester threads never fade, great for swimwear, cloth diapers, etc.
- Pantone color matching using Pantone Solid Coated guide (we cannot guarantee and exact match but will get as close as possible)
- Metallic silver, gold, copper and rose gold thread available, also (NOT CPSIA COMPLIANT)

READY TO ORDER?: Please upload your completed artwork to us in PNG, JPEG, or PDF format along with the label measurement and Pantone Solid Coated color numbers (if you know them, otherwise we will try to match closely)
We will get a proof of the setup back to you in 24 hours during business days. Once you have approved the setup, we'll make a sample label and scan it to you for your approval before completing your order.

PROCESSING,SHIPPING & RETURNS: Processing time is about 3-4 weeks (sometimes longer depending on demand) and your order will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail or Global Priority International both with Delivery Confirmation. Due to the personalized nature of our items - ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer returns, refunds or reprints.
IMPORTANT!!!! If you decide to cancel your order after a proof has been provided we will refund your order minus 50% to cover the cost of all the setup work that has been done for your order. Thank you.
