***Please note we are unable to split orders into different sizes/colors, etc. Different layouts would require separate orders. Thank you!

Limitation on Liability:
You hereby indemnify Custom Couture Label Co. / Dianna Wright Originals against expenses, claims, judgments, fines, settlements and other amounts actually and reasonably incurred in connection with any proceedings arising by reason of any Label services performed for or on your behalf or your customer or any of your agents.

Design and Promotional Disclaimer:
By allowing our company to print your order - you are authorizing our use of your design as a sample of our printing work in our advertising and item listings.
*Business logos and Copyrighted designs are never duplicated. Only displayed as examples of our printing capabilities.
Any original artwork created for you or stock designs are our exclusive property and may not be duplicated or used for any other print or web media.

Payment & Return Policy:
Payment in full is due at the time of the order. Checkout is via Paypal which accepts credit cards and bank transfers. Please note that if purchasing with an ECheck, your order will not begin processing until the ECheck clears - this may take 4 business days or longer.
If you decide to cancel your order after a proof has been provided, we will refund your order minus 50% to cover the cost of setup work that has been completed for your order.
Due to the personalized nature of our items - ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Returns are not accepted nor are refunds or reprints given. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS POLICY BEFORE PURCHASING.
Purchasing a sample pack is recommended if you would like to see the quality of our items before committing to an order. Color matching is not guaranteed, but will be made as close as possible.

Shipping Terms:
*Orders for Tagless Labels are shipped within 3-4 business days. Cotton Labels about 5-7 business days, Business Cards/Hangtags and Ribbon are shipped in about 10 business days. Woven, Twill and Satin Printed Labels are shipped in about 3 weeks. Typically sooner, but we want to allow enough time. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order is shipped.
WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR AN ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN SHIPPED.
*Rush orders can occasionally be acommodated. Please inquire before ordering, there may be additional fees involved.
